I forgot to mention - the aircon is FINALLY fixed!!! An aircon technician came on Friday to look at it, indicated that it was "really bad," and left. On Saturday morning two different technicians showed up and stayed for a couple of hours. When they finally left, the aircon was working again. Wonderful!
Now we can move the bed out of the dining room and back into the bedroom... and it's time to get a dining room table!

Awesome for you! I wonder if being on Guam has anything to do with fixing it rather than replacing it. That much work seems like it would be expensive normally.
