Lots of quaking and shaking in the Marianas over the last day or so - at least 17 separate quakes, including a 7.2 and a 6.6 - but (thank goodness!) nothing to bother us here. The epicenter is about 240 miles away, and even the big quakes weren't felt on Guam. No tsunamis were generated. Good thing.
I'm hoping this means that the earth in our region has gotten some quaking out of its system, and will leave us alone for a while...!
UPDATE: Make that, oh, 25 earthquakes or more. But still nothing shakin' on the island...
Oh my goodness quakes! Remember our first quake together?
