After putting in an offer on Friday, we had to wait until about 7:00 PM tonight (Monday) before hearing that our offer was accepted, so we'll be moving in this weekend to a condo in the jungle. Our new hometown will be Ordot-Chalan Pago, which means "Ant-Road Hibiscus." It's a second-floor unit with three small bedrooms and two bathrooms, so we'll have room for guests.
The place is about fifteen minutes inland from work, so it is in the middle of the island. That's jungle up there. From our balcony, which appears perfect for grilling, we will have a pretty good view.
We think we got a pretty good deal, and we're looking forward to finally having a place of our own.

It looks pretty good. Is it tile all the way through? Tile isn't great in some ways, but it's cool in your hot climate, and you don't have to worry if you spill wine in your rental, so that's a really nice thing!
