There are two restaurants on Guam, Proa and Meskla, that serve contemporary interpretations of traditional Guamanian food. Exciting! They are both more expensive, more special-occasion restaurants than we can afford to patronize regularly, but for Saturday lunch we decided to try the smaller one, Proa.
Their limited web presence can be found here:

with links to their menu.
It's the first time we've been to a nice restaurant since arriving on Guam, so it was enjoyable simply for that fact. But the food was delicious, too: Nick ordered a peppercorn-crusted pork loin chop, and I ordered rice-flour battered snapper with local vegetables. There was no flavor epiphany, nothing unexpected; but it was good, honest, real food prepared well, and the prices compared favorably with the big American casual-dining chains down the street.

their dinner menu does not appear to be different from their lunch menu. It looks good though!
