Interview Update

It was totally unexpected, and it went well. It looks like the AG's Office *might* possibly have secured some funding for a new hire, and if they do that, they might just have a position for me.

In fact, they found out this morning about the possible funding, and they called me right away, so that I was in there interviewing before lunch. That is good!

I don't want to say much more or put too much stock in it, because it's not 100% certain, but it's a lot better than nothing!

Although there wasn't exactly nothing going on anyways - I haven't really talked about it on the blog, because it is too uncertain, but I also had an "informal interview" with a local private firm. I haven't heard from them lately, so it may be that they decided against me, or against hiring (when I interviewed they weren't completely sure if/when/whether they would hire anyone); but it could be that they're waiting to see if I pass the bar. It would be pretty pointless to offer me work and then find out that I'm ineligible to practice...

Anyways, good things are going on here, possibly, at last.
